Susan Aggarwal
Susan Aggarwal is enthused by nature and her passion for creativity. Aggarwal loves to explore wonderful colours and textures with an abundant sense of freedom. Her collection of expressive work is a very personal representation of the artist’s very own experience of life, beauty, the natural world and her artistic response to it.
Using acrylic and charcoal, Susan’s complimentary mix of primary and secondary colour lends exuberance to her overall action in her works, creating an impressionism that in the true sense of abstract painting takes effect through colour and form.
Born in Manchester, 1965, Susan’s explorative paint palette began at Shena Simon College, Manchester and developed in 1986 whilst studying an Art foundation at Manchester Polytechnic (now Manchester Metropolitan University). With her love and interest for colour and texture, she went onto Huddersfield University where she completed a HND and ATI in Textile and Design and graduated in 1990.
